About the authors



Okechukwu Ethelbert Amah is a member of Faculty in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management Department of Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Nigeria. Prior to joining academia, Okechukwu worked for 31 years in a multinational oil company where he held a range of managerial positions.
